We ship to the shipping address provided by you.
We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, you will have the option of a refund for your order less the amount of shipping and fees incurred, or to pay a second shipping cost for the order to be resent to the correct address.
Orders shipped within Canada will be mailed by Canada Post Regular Parcel. Free shipping on all orders over $100. Tracked package shipping can be selected for a flat rate of $20.
Any orders outside of Canada will be mailed by Canada Post Tracked International and charged a flat rate of $25.
Due to significant increase in parcel volumes as Canadians stay home and shop more online, Canada Post is experiencing delays in delivery. For domestic orders within Canada, please allow 1-5 business days for processing and estimated 2-15 business days for delivery. Canada Post does not guarantee these time frames at this time, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.
For international orders, please allow 3-6 business days for processing and 5 - 18 business days for delivery.
Customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and your destination’s customs.
