When you purchase from our site, we collect information that you volunteer, such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number and other information necessary to process your order.

Security Policy: LAURIE BROWN is connected to Stripe and PayPal to accept online payment. Stripe and PayPal have been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
The customer's payment and personal information is always safe. Stripe uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of the customer's personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

 

Encryption: All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services (API, website, etc.).
 

RETURNS

If your product is damaged in transit or you are otherwise unhappy with your purchase, please contact customer service at design@laurie-brown.com within 15 days of receiving your item(s).

Our products can be returned if they meet all specified guidelines. Product must be returned in it's original packaging and/or with tags attached. Product must not have been worn or washed. You have the choice of either returning the unworn and unwashed item(s) with tags attached for a full refund or exchanging the item(s) for something of equal or lesser value.

To speed up the return process, we recommend including a note in your return package with your name, store order number found on your receipt and reason for return, even if you have already spoken to a representative.

Please note that we are unable to provide return packaging or postage at this time. All return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Wear and tear over time is normal and is not considered a fault. Please refer to garment care label for wash and care instructions.
